Welcome to GlowPetra. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

🕯️ General Information

GlowPetra offers handmade candle flower bouquets. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, and scent may occur. These differences are not considered defects.

🛍️ Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

GlowPetra reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

🎁 Customized Products

All customized or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be changed, returned, or refunded once production has started.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays
  • GlowPetra is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address

If an incorrect address is provided, GlowPetra is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

📦 Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is offered as an optional add-on at checkout.

  • Orders with Shipping Protection are eligible for replacement or refund in case of loss or damage during transit
  • Orders without Shipping Protection are not guaranteed compensation for shipping-related issues

🕯️ Damaged Items

Customers must report damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

All claims are subject to review. GlowPetra may offer a partial refund or no refund depending on the situation, especially if damage is caused by the shipping carrier.

💳 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in $ dollars and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before order processing.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed

⚠️ Product Use & Safety

Our candle products are intended for decorative and limited-use purposes.

GlowPetra is not liable for:

  • Improper use of candles
  • Failure to follow basic fire safety precautions
  • Any damage or injury resulting from misuse

Always:

  • Keep candles away from flammable materials
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
