Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of these products:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
• Items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Refunds are not available for custom orders

Please review all details carefully before placing your order, including:

• Personalization (names, messages, etc.)

If your custom order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. All claims will be reviewed in accordance with our policy.
